Dan Dumas, KSC’s VP, Graduates from Center for Exceptional Leadership

Dan Dumas, Vice President of Kim Swisher Communications, LLC. (KSC), graduated from St. Norbert College’s Center for Exceptional Leadership on October 10, 2022.

The Center for Exceptional Leadership’s cohort-based learning program was an eight month journey for Dan that included an individualized assessment of his leadership style, strengths and weaknesses.

He then entered a cohort program where, in the company of other leaders, he deepened his understanding of himself and the habits of thoughtful leadership while under the mentorship of a leadership-development team.

“Dan’s commitment to the program was unwavering, and I am excited to have him share his knowledge with our team. The members of the KSC team are vital to our ability to serve our clients, and thoughtful leadership is the key to ensuring our team has the tools and support they need,” said Kim Swisher, owner of Kim Swisher Communications, LLC.
